1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting the website packnackfoods.com and ordering through our WhatsApp checkout mechanism, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, published by Dollfine Foods and Organics.

2. Gourmet Frozen Food Products

PACK NACK products are premium, ready-to-cook frozen snacks (including Chicken Samosas, Mutton Kheema Samosas, Fish Cutlets, and Chicken Rolls).

• Storage: Products must be stored frozen at or below -18°C upon arrival. Do not refreeze thawed products.
• Preparation: Follow the on-pack cooking guidelines thoroughly to ensure food is heated completely before consumption.
• Perishable Nature: Because our goods are perishable frozen food items, careful handling upon delivery is strictly advised.

3. Ordering & WhatsApp Checkout

Our website currently coordinates orders via our official WhatsApp business channel (+91 91001 90463). Submitting the checkout form generates a customized order request. Final order confirmation, delivery availability, shipping fee confirmation, and payment details (UPI/bank transfer or Cash on Delivery where applicable) will be mutually confirmed on WhatsApp.

4. Delivery & Cold-Chain Logistics

Deliveries are dispatched in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to regional courier operations and local weather conditions. Please ensure someone is available to receive and immediately freeze the products upon arrival.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of frozen goods, returns are generally not accepted once dispatched. If an item arrives damaged or defrosted due to courier transit issues, please photograph the packaging and alert our WhatsApp support team immediately upon receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, logos, package designs, product descriptions, and imagery belong exclusively to Dollfine Foods and Organics.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
